ELEVATED McLAREN VALE |
Our winemaking focuses more closely than on a region or even a parcel of land. It takes into account not merely aspect
and climate but the very minutiae of terroir above ground and below. The understanding of the soil itself, as well as recognition of the subsoils and how the subtle rise and fall in
the depth of this ancient stone under each piece of land influences each vine and its fruit.
The Ulithorne vineyard planted in 1950 in the deep sands of the elevated slopes in the northern aspect of the McLaren
Vale region grow bright red berry fruits that express an elegance and length in our Ulithorne wines.

DEGUSTATION WINES |
Our focus is to make wines that are reflective of the lively, fresh flavours, colours and aromatics at the time of harvest. Ideally these wines are made in a "drink ready style" to work in harmony with locally farmed fresh produce and cuisine. Enjoy.
