NOVA DUO (Interpretation Latin – Fresh Two) is a fresh wine, hand picked from the Ulithorne 1950’s planted vineyard on Kays Road on the elevated sand hills of Blewitt Springs. The Grenache brightness of 2018 inspired the winemaker to encapsulate what he experienced in the vineyard at harvest, with a co-fermented single vineyard trial blend bottled to retain freshness as well as presenting a long textured palate of fresh cherries and chewy tannins.
