100% Grenache from McLaren Vale
Handpicked Grenache was partially crushed and then had two hours of skin contact with some whole bunches before gentle pressing. Transferred to 5-year-old French Oak barrels with some solids for a long, cool fermentation. Regular lees stirring in barrel for three months before racking, stabilisation and bottling.
