Ulithorne ‘EPOCH’ Rose 2018

EPOCH: a beginning of a new era

Following true to the meaning of the name, this vintage is a new era for this beautiful Rosé. It’s been a long time coming, but unlike previous vintages, this was produced at home, in The Vale.

Pale salmon in colour, this wine displays a subtle nose of rosewater and strawberries. The palate with red berries, sour cherries, and strawberries shows creaminess, crisp acid, and fine delicate tannins on the finish.

The Accolades

“Delicate and inviting, the bouquet shows raspberry, watermelon, apple, lemon peel and floral characters, leading to a finely textured palate that is juicy and lively. It is bright, light and zesty with pristine fruit flavours and silky texture, finishing persistent and mouth-watering.” 93 Points – Wine Orbit NZ
