Lifted blackberry, cedar and dark spices with hints of chocolate and aniseed. Rich, ripe palate showing abundant dark fruit and spices supported by smoky oak. Fine, chalky tannins and great length.
Gently fermented in small opens with hand plunging.
Matured in new and older French Oak hogsheads
and for 15 months before blending.
